Comments
Interesting games tonight! Especially in 3a, Kent and Pagosa should be a great game.
Lutheran 47
RC 16
Almost halftime
Lutheran 65
REZ 25
After 3
Ole Rez Christian is surely sportin' the L7s.
The Mississippi Mud Flap, the Tennessee Top Hat, the Camaro Cut...
Lutheran wins 83 to 35. They played like they had something to prove. What? IDK. Alley oops with 16 seconds to go, shooting threes... what a boring game. Snore
That's pretty risky stuff... In my day, running late game oops with a huge lead could result in a career ending injury.
I think there were some career injuries to the psyche of some Rez players. Does Lutheran not like Rez? Were they venting frustration? Maybe they were upset with their seeding. They did put their bench in and Rez just had a bad shooting game, but they were out there balling and just trying their best. Lutheran just looked a little selfish, that's all.
This is the State Championship tourney, no need to take it easy. This will probably be the last serious organized ball most of these seniors will play, why not have fun?
Well Lutheran really did look that good this weekend. If anybody could make a case for bad seeding, I guess it was them. Seems like they could play up in 3A and do as well. But then again, SM or Caliche or Mc Clave could probably compete here today.
