There was no shortage of exciting basketball games in the last week and the results are having an effect on those paying attention.
The combined efforts of boys basketball coaches and media members throughout the state have produced an updated set of rankings for the week.
Among the notable changes are Lutheran and Cheyenne Wells claiming the No. 1 spots in their respective classifications.
The top 10 for each classification have no bearing on playoff position and while CHSAA’s Selection and Seeding Index provide a look at how playoff brackets will be determined, the CP Polls will give an overarching assessment of teams ranked based on talent and play.
