Both teams entered Tuesday’s contest unbeaten in league play and part of the four-way tie for the 3A Metro lead but in the end Manual proved too much in beating Kent Denver 79-41. It was the third consecutive impressive win for the Thunderbolts who also rolled by Colorado Academy and Jefferson Academy last week. Marty Cesario spoke with the winning coach and players following the win.
