Losses by Alamosa, Kent Denver, Basalt, and Strasburg caused some movement in the 3A rankings this week but Resurrection Christian, Colorado Springs Christian and Sterling remain solid in the top three slots.

#1 Resurrection Christian (18-0)
#2 Colorado Springs Christian (16-2)
#3 Sterling (15-3)
#4 Manitou Springs (17-1)
#5 Alamosa (17-2)
#6 Denver Science (15-3)
#7 Kent Denver (15-3)
#8 Manual (12-5)
#9 Coal Ridge (12-5)
#10 Basalt (15-2)
TEAMS TO WATCH:  Strasburg (15-3), Bayfield (12-6), Academy (14-4), DSST-Green Valley (14-3), Faith Christian (12-6), Machebeuf (14-3), Roaring Fork (12-4)
NOTES:  All four teams that were beaten last week suffered quality losses as Alamosa lost a tight battle at Bayfield, Kent Denver lost a league game to Jefferson Academy, Basalt fell on the road to league rival Coal Ridge and Strasburg came up short against top ranked Resurrection Christian.  Kent Denver and Basalt stayed in the rankings but Strasburg fell from 9th last week to outside the rankings.  They were replaced by Coal Ridge who edged Bayfield for the vacancy.  Many league champions have been crowned but the titles are still up for grabs in the Confluence, Metro, and Western Slope.  The Confluence title will go to Wednesday’s winner between DSST-Green Valley and Ridgeview Academy while Coal Ridge controls their own future in the Western Slope.  The Metro has all kinds of possibilities but Kent Denver wins the championship by beating Machebeuf on Wednesday.
