Class 4A volleyball teams are in the final three weeks of the regular season and many are still battling for league titles and a top 12 finish in the RPI standings.  Those teams earn the right to host regional tournaments early next month.  Overall, the top 36 teams in the RPI move on to the regional bracket and we project the pairings based on standings on October 17th.
Our projections involve true seeding the teams 1-36 but criteria listed in the volleyball bulletin allows the seeding committee to move teams based on geography and to avoid teams from the same conference being placed in the same regional.
Winners from the 12 regionals advance to the three-day double elimination state tournament bracket in Denver.  State pairings will be released on Monday November 11th with the tournament set for November 14-16th.
