Coming off state volleyball championships over the weekend, the Kit Carson and Yuma girls turn their attention to basketball where they will be among the favorites to land titles as well. Both the Wildcats and Indians return two all-state players from last year’s club. The four are among a whopping 18 players returning this season after earning either first or second team all-honors a year ago.
