Top 10 matchups found all over the place on Saturday as five games on the schedule feature two ranked teams stepping on the same court. Two of them determine tournament championships as well as #4 Briggsdale meets #9 Prairie for the top spot at the Prairie Tournament while #1 ThunderRidge and #6 Fossil Ridge get together for the Chaparral/ThunderRidge crown.
Elsewhere, Belleview Christian and Cheraw are both coming off first round losses at the ECA tournament so they collide for third place and the winner between Chaparral and Smoky Hill will have to settle for third at the Chaparral/ThunderRidge tournament after both came up short in the Friday semifinals.
The final contest has #4 Peyton facing #5 Denver Christian. For each team, it’s their second top five clash of the young season as the Panthers fell to Limon and the Thunder to 3A Colorado Academy.
