Two are very important league pairings as #3 Mead faces #8 Windsor in the 4A Northern and #1 ThunderRidge gets challenged by #4 Rock Canyon the 5A Continental. Winners of both become favorites to land their respective league crown.
The third battle is a rematch of the 2A state finals from last year as #4 Limon ventures out to #3 Wray. The Eagles fought past the Badgers in last year’s state championship game in Colorado Springs. It’s their first meeting since.
