Big night in Class 3A as the boys’ basketball top 10 schedule for Tuesday features a pair of ranked battles in that division.  Kent Denver and Lutheran collide to help determine second place behind unbeaten Manual in the Metro.  The Sun Devils and Lions each have one league loss and sit tied with Faith Christian one game off the Thunderbolts pace.  Over the Tri Peaks, Vanguard looks to stay alone atop the division as they take Colorado Springs Christian who shares second with Lamar one game back.
In Class 5A, the most important contest pits #1 Chaparral on the road to Regis.  The teams are a combined 9-0 in the rugged Continental so tonight’s winner will earn sole possession of the conference lead.  It’s the same scenario for Lincoln and Denver East in the City League as the winner is alone in first.
