Merino (1A) and Sedgwick County (2A) are the two new number one teams in the CHSAA volleyball rankings this week. The Rams and Cougars picked the right week for a climb to the top as they collide on Friday in a very important league showdown inside the Lower Platte. Both teams are also coming off state final appearances with Merino claiming the 1A title last May and the Cougars second in Class 2A.
