Our consensus football rankings for six and eight man football are basically for fun and interest to our readers because they are not used in post-season bracketing. Teams are placed in the bracket based on RPI and conference finish as the committee is not directed to use any additional information.
Totals below represent the combined voting of polls from Packard, MaxPreps, CHSAA (Coaches) and RPI. Teams are awarded 10 points for each first place vote, nine for second, eight for third and so on through the top 10 in each set of rankings. We list every team that received at least one vote.
In six man, Kit Carson is the unanimous choice at #1 as they received the top spot in all four polls. In eight man, the one anomaly involves Vail Christian. They’re ranked seventh in every poll except RPI where the Saints are number one.
