Tuesday night, we posted our consensus girls’ basketball rankings for games completed through Monday.  Now we use those rankings to put together projected playoff pairings for Classes 1A, 2A and 3A.  The top eight seeds in each division earn byes to the Sweet Sixteen and then meet winners from the opening round.

League champions earn automatic bids to the tournament and the remaining playoff clubs are selected on a formula that combine vote totals from CHSAA, RPI, MaxPreps and Packard.  Official pairings come out on March 8th with the first round set for March 9th.  Higher seeds will host all tournament games until the finals which are set for the World Arena in Colorado Springs.
