Heading into the second weekend of the season, Colorado Preps has teamed up with Basketball Colorado for a look at which teams may qualify for the state playoffs in Classes 4A and 5A. Projections were made earlier in the week for the smallest three divisions and now we add the largest two.
32 teams will qualify for the state bracket this year with league champions earning automatic bids. At large berths will be determined by a formula that includes data from RPI, MaxPreps, Packard and the CHSAA coaches poll. Projections below were made by Matt Langley of BasketballColorado.com. Please note they are listed in alphabetical order and not by projected seed.
Brackets will be released on Monday March 8th with first round games set for the very next day.
