The CHSAA Legislative Council conducted their April meeting earlier this week and several sports saw some changes to the bylaws. Our focus on our latest PrepsCast is football as we visit with CHSAA Assistant Commissioner Bud Ozzello about changes to the sport that will take effect with the 2019 season which opens in late August.
