With new volleyball RPI rankings announced this morning, we again take the top 36 teams and place them in projected regional tournament brackets. Â Â The 12 highest ranked teams at the end of the regular season earn the right to host regional events with remaining qualifiers placed in the pre-determined bracket.
Winners from all 12 regional tournaments advance to the state tournament which has been expanded to three days from November 7-9th at the Denver Coliseum. The CHSAA volleyball committee could move teams in the lowest 12 spots for geographical purposes or to prevent teams from the same conference being place in the same regional. We “true seed” the bracket based on RPI.
