A 2019 state finals rematch between Fleming and Briggsdale leads off the Friday Top 10 volleyball schedule. The match is also very important to this campaign as the Wildcats are ranked #1 in Class 1A and the Falcons #3. The winner should also land the North Central title and earn an automatic bid to the 24-team regional tournament.
Elsewhere tonight, #6 Merino looks to build on their win over #1 Wiggins on Thursday as they face a second straight top 10 team from 2A. They go to #5 Limon. There’s also a big match between #8 Alamosa and #10 Montezuma Cortez inside the 3A Intermountain league. In 4A, #10 Durango and Montrose play for a second time after the first meeting went a full five sets.
