TOP FOOTBALL GAMES – WEEK 5

Conference play

Except for the six and eight-man divisions and the 5A Metro, there’s one more week of conference play for football teams in Colorado.  As we do each Sunday, we choose the best games in each classification and we’ve narrowed the choices to the top five.

Official rankings won’t come out until Monday morning, but the list will contain several top 10 matchups including the anticipated one versus battle in Class 1A between Strasburg and Limon.

Colorado Preps will preview all the matchups in depth with our weekly classification reports which are published each Tuesday through Thursday.  And we conclude the week in football with the Friday Scoreboard Show airing from 9:30-11:00pm and presented by Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance.

  1. Longmont is @skyline I know it’s at Longmonts stadium but it’s techincally a district stadium even though it’s blue and says Trojans everywhere……

    • Hi guys, No Loveland at Windsor for this week’s top games in 4A? That would be #1 at #10. Sounds better than Dakota Ridge at Ponderosa. Then again, Loveland may roll them by 30, we shall see.
