We continue getting closer to the start of the 2019-20 boys basketball season and Colorado Preps continues to provide previews of each team in each conference.  Today we take a look at the combined Union Pacific league which includes teams from both Classes 1A and 2A.
Limon was the lone league representative into the state tournament as the Badgers qualified for the final eight in Class 2A.  Their visit to Loveland though ended with losses to Sanford in round one (46-39) and Wray (49-41) in the consolation semifinals.  They ended the season at 22-3.  Genoa Hugo (17) had the second most wins but they missed a visit to the 1A state tournament with a 54-33 loss to DeBeque in the regionals.
We list the top three returnees for each club in several categories.  Numbers are based on stats posted to MaxPreps during the 2018-19 season.
