RPI standings have changed quite in a bit since our last volleyball projections so we provide another round of potential regional brackets in Class 2A. Our projected bracket uses RPI standings on Wednesday October 16th before matches started that day.
Seeds are based exclusively on RPI as the top 12 teams will serve as host for three-team regionals. Then teams are placed in the bracket based on where they sit in RPI. The volleyball bulletin indicates teams can be moved to avoid teams from the same conference being placed in the same regional or for geographic purposes.
For our projected pairings, we true the seed the bracket 1-36 but make notes on teams that could be moved up or down based on the criteria listed in the bulletin.
