Class 4A draws a good share of the attention inside the boys basketball top 10 schedule tonight. League gets underway or continues there plus the division features an excellent non-league battle between Lewis Palmer and Pueblo East. The Rangers are ranked 6th this week and while the Eagles are only 5-4, they’ve played a strong schedule and been inside the top five this year.
Conference wise, Mead and Windsor both look for 2-0 starts in the Tri Valley. The Mavericks downed Berthoud 64-50 in their conference opener last week while the Wizards took out Skyline 70-59. Centaurus and Silver Creek both look to push for a top two finish in the Northern conference as they collide in their league opener.
