A couple of good rivalries in the Class 4A division grab the spotlight in the boys’ basketball top 10 schedule.  The first takes place in the Jeffco between #4 Golden and #8 Evergreen with the second featuring #1 Lewis Palmer and Palmer Ridge.
The winner between Golden and Evergreen will sit alone in second place behind Valor Christian in the Jeffco race.  That winner could also grab a share of the top spot if Valor is upset on the road against Standley Lake.  Both Golden and Evergreen have a second meeting with Valor Christian but the loser could be two games back after tonight.
Lewis Palmer is coming off their first loss of the season against Liberty but the Rangers have a comfortable two-game edge on all other clubs inside the Pikes Peak.  Palmer Ridge sits in second at 4-2 so it’s a very important game for the Terrors and of course the location of the two schools will bring intensity to the matchup as well.
