Maybe the most premiere regular season volleyball tournament is set for this weekend in Cheyenne Mountain.  The field is loaded with traditional powers and clubs that are always in contention for state championships across many classifications.  Pool matches are set for Friday with the championship round on Saturday.
The field this year includes two teams ranked #1 in the most recent CHSAA volleyball polls in Chaparral (5A) and Lewis Palmer (4A).  Five-time defending 3A state champion Eaton is also in the bracket this year along with 5A powerhouses Valor Christian (#2) and Fossil Ridge (#3).  Windsor, ranked 8th in Class 5A, and Longmont, the #4 team in Class 4A are also scheduled to compete.
