Playoff qualifications remain the same in Classes 1A and 2A this year as league champions earn automatic bids and the remaining teams are selected by RPI. But this year, the committee can also use a formula based on voting totals from various media outlets to help seed the bracket. That’s why we tabulate our consensus rankings which take into account polls from CHSAA, MaxPreps, RPI and Packard.
Teams receive 10 points for a first place, nine for second, eight for third and on through the top 10 in each set of rankings. A score of 40 is considered to be an unanimous choice for number one. All teams that receive a vote are listed below.
