Three games were played on Thursday but the football season picks up pace today and tomorrow with a total of 40 games and the Colorado Preps Network is ready to provide coverage. With our new website design, the football scoreboard feature has been updated allowing you easier and better access to scores each weekend.
There are several ways you can access the Football Scoreboard. The first is by clicking here.
You may also access the Scoreboard by clicking on the Schedule & Scores tab at the very top of the page or by going through the football menu. Click Football and then choose the first option (Daily Scoreboard) and the schedule of games will also pop up.
Once there, all the scores will be listed but you can sort by clicking on the class of your choice. Once the conference schedules open, the games will be listed in order by leagues making finding your score very easy to do with one or two simple clicks.
We also invite you to access the Scoreboard on your mobile device while at the games. Since almost three-fourths of our web traffic is through a mobile phone or tablet, we’ve made it an emphasis to make the scoreboard easier to read while you’re at the game. We invite you to try the new website and see the improvements. After going to Coloradopreps.com on your mobile device, you can access the scoreboard in the same manners as listed above.
Additional coverage of the 2017 football campaign continues next Friday September 1st as we debut the 15th season of the Friday Night Scoreboard Show. It is again presented by our great partners at Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance and will come your way from 9:30-11:00pm each Friday night of the regular season. We’ve signed up over 20 affiliates for the Scoreboard Show this year and you can find that list, including new affiliates in Denver, Burlington and Canon City by clicking here. As in the past, we’ll get through all the scores in all corners and classes of Colorado at least three times and visit with coaches who grab important victories.
And please remember that we take your suggestions on how to improve our coverage of high school sports. You can email us feedback to [email protected]. Give us your thoughts on the new web design, the new scoreboard, the radio program and our video highlight coverage.
