Several standouts from the 2020 Class 3A volleyball season return this year to lead their teams in a quest for a state championship. Colorado Preps lists the top ten returnees in five different categories through statistics posted to MaxPreps last season.
Eaton bested Sterling in four sets to land the 2020 state championship and both tradition rich programs should be back in the mix this Fall. In fact, they’re ranked 1-2 in the preseason coaches poll followed by Lamar, Lutheran and University in the top five. Resurrection Christian is ranked sixth in the first polls followed by returning state semifinalist Montezuma Cortez in seventh. Liberty Common, Prospect Ridge and Platte Valley close out the top 10.
