CLASS 3A FOOTBALL STATISTICAL LEADERS

Gaven Maestas of Durango was a threat in the passing game on both sides of the ball finishing last season with 625 yards receiving and a state best six interceptions.

The list of Class 3A football statistical leaders include skill players who posted big numbers a year ago.  The group includes seven quarterbacks who threw for at least 12-hundred yards and seven running backs with over 11-hundred yards.  Not to be outdone, the defensive returnees are headed up by two players with at least 150 tackles and two others with at least six interceptions.
