The most anticipated regular season in Class 3A tops the list of games for Top 10 girls’ basketball teams today.  St Marys knocked off Colorado Springs Christian in the state championship game last March and the area rivals are expected to meet again to determine the crown this year.  Their meeting tonight will also serve as the likely championship game inside the 3A Tri Peaks.
In Class 1A, #2 Briggsdale looks for the season sweep of #7 Fleming.  Another win by the Falcons should land them the North Central championship and will keep their unbeaten season intact.  Fleming’s lone league loss is to the Falcons earlier this year.
The remaining top attractions on Saturday’s schedule include cross-classification games between Sangre De Cristo-Swink, Evergreen-Ralston Valley, and Mullen-Cherry Creek.  Only the last game is a conference as the Bruins look to stay alone in second in the Centennial behind Grandview.
The entire list of games for ranked clubs is below.  Final scores can be sent to Colorado Preps by text to 970.380.7737.
