Regular season play for volleyball teams in all classes concluded on Saturday and now the attention turns to regional tournament seeding. To start the process, we look at league champions in each conference across the state. We list two in a couple of situations because head-to-head won’t break the tie as the teams played twice and split the regular season matches. Doesn’t matter a whole bunch as all the teams involved in such situations easily qualify for the regional tournament.
Please note that leagues with more than one classification involved crown just one champion for post-season purposes. For example, Dove Creek and Stratton are 1A teams that won the San Juan and Union Pacific championships respectively so no 2A champion is listed for those conferences.
