If there is going to be one single week of the football regular season that holds the most impact, it’ll Week 7. A massive slate of top-10 showdowns are taking place throughout all seven classifications.

Columbine and Ralston Valley meet in a game that could see the winner placed opposite Cherry Creek on the state tournament bracket. Palmer Ridge will get an angry Pueblo West team looking to bounce back from a tough loss. Lutheran and Holy Family meet in a top-four Class 3A battle. Kent Denver will get a chance to show it’s back for real as it takes on Elizabeth. The top six teams in 1A might knock out each other. Mancos and Dove Creek will highlight 8-man with Stratton and Otis facing off in a 1 vs. 2 tilt in 6-man.
